Each stakeholder associated with the application (e.g., owner, control person, guarantor, authorized contact) can be modified via an updateAcceptorApplication input. Stakeholders can be either persons (individuals) or businesses.
Stakeholders are handled differently than standard application updates because they are complex objects that can be created, updated, or removed through different specialized inputs . Unlike simple field updates, stakeholder operations require specific input types and maintain their own IDs within the acceptor application. This approach allows for more granular control over stakeholder data while maintaining data integrity across the acceptor application.
ScenarioBen realizes he needs to add his business partner as a stakeholder. He can use the updateAcceptorApplication mutation to make these changes before resubmitting.
